1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item was purchased directly from CabinetlyStore.com
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-built or made-to-order cabinets
Assembled or installed products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at customer@cabinetlystore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Send photos of the damaged product and packaging to customer@cabinetlystore.com
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product is already in production or shipped
